Regarding the AI-generated designs:

• You retain ownership of the designs you create using our service
• You grant us a license to use, store, and display your designs for the purpose of providing our services
• You may choose to make your designs public, allowing others to purchase them
• We reserve the right to remove any design that violates our content guidelines

4. Orders and Payments

When placing an order:

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, we will replace or refund orders that are defective or incorrect. Please contact us at support@nimblelabs.co within 14 days of receiving your order if you believe there is an issue.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
